In
addition, Eric capitalizes upon his extensive background as a
police officer and investigator in the District of Columbia and
Maryland and handles select criminal defense matters that arise
in the context of complex and contentious family cases such as
domestic violence, parental kidnapping, assault, threats, child
abuse, sexual assault, and child pornography.
In
the February 2009 issue of The Washingtonian, Eric was
named as one of the top 88 divorce lawyers in the
Washington Metropolitan Area.
Eric
is a Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney for the U.S. District
Court for the District of Maryland and he is a commissioned officer
in the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General's Corps.
