Eric Glass has been practicing family law since 2002 after leaving his solo criminal defense practice. While Eric concentrates his practice on high-conflict child custody and divorce matters in contentious litigation, he handles all matters of family law including negotiations, mediations, and property settlement agreements. Eric's practice is focused in Montgomery, Howard, Frederick and Prince George's Counties, Maryland as well as the District of Columbia. |

In addition, Eric capitalizes upon his extensive background as a police officer and investigator in the District of Columbia and Maryland and handles select criminal defense matters that arise in the context of complex and contentious family cases such as domestic violence, parental kidnapping, assault, threats, child abuse, sexual assault, and child pornography. named as one of the “top 88 divorce lawyers” in the
Washington Metropolitan Area. Eric
is a Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorney for the U.S. District
Court for the District of Maryland and he is a commissioned officer
in the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General's Corps. Eric
